Read all the instructions with utmost care.
Download the prescribed form strictly on A4 size ledger paper (green). (Print out should be Back to Back)
Fill in the application form in CAPITAL LETTERS with blue/black ball pen and affix your latest photograph on the admission form.
Get it signed from Vice- Principal Prof. S. D. Pandit.
Check in the filled form in the Seminar Hall, second floor, New Building.
Essential documents to be brought for admission (Std. XII):- a) Attested copy of Std. XI mark sheet.
b) Your four passport size recent photographs.
c) Identity card and original fee receipt of Std. XI.
